Full-Time Cadence, Account Manager Technology
This is a technology focused role leading digital design, analog design and verification Sales expertise to support the proliferation of our solutions throughout South China customers with a focus of key South China customers.
Working in conjunction with the core Technical Field Organization and Sales Executives, to provide the necessary technology focused strategies to increase contract value.
- Works with Account Executive/Account Managers to define solution selling Strategy and create technical compelling events
- Responsible for technology/product adoption and proliferation within customers (initial qualification, customer knowledge and problems areas, set up evaluation plan with Application Engineers, own the full evaluation process to completion, prioritize Application Engineer activity to focus on winning targets, proliferate technology at all customer’s sites, leads integration of technologies into customers’ projects,…)
- Coordinates customer training and ensure attendance at workshops
- Works with the Technical Field Organization to ensure customer is smoothly transitioned from Pre to Post support
- Responsible for scheduling demand creation programs (Lunch and Learn, Workshops, Technology on Tours)
- Manage all aspect of assigned product customer adoption at various site and projects, successfully increasing technology proliferation
- Work in close partnership with the Account Manager/Account Executive to leverage field progress for technology adoption and incorporate into the business proposals for the account
- Participate in customer visits based on business needs and support of field sales
- BS degree in electronics or related major.
- Experience of EDA sales or customer support will be preferred. Working experience in the design/product marketing team of our key customers will be preferred as well.
- Has a thorough understanding of the competitive environment and the products on offer of all respective EDA players
- Has a clear and up-to-date understanding of the customer landscape in the sales region

- Good English in both written and oral.
