Full-Time ON Semiconductor, Customer Service Representative ( English Speaking )
Provide best service to EMSI customers to build good relationship with customers and initiate customer escalations, understand customer business process, coordinate effective solutions when there is supply disruptions, review customer forecast as well. There are many tactical support to cusotmers, such as quote, order entry&maintenance, shipment follow up, part# cross reference maintenance, OTD performance review and RMR follow up.
